技术参数

作用

冷却塔的作用是将挟带废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废热传输给空气并散入大气。

1.火力发电厂一般都有冷却塔。水经加热后，产生高压气体推动汽轮机发电，而剩余的气体需冷却。

2.中央空调也有冷却塔作用是起到冷却循环液的作用。3.还有生产玻璃钢冷却塔,俗称冷却水塔、冷水塔、凉水塔、玻璃钢塔、水塔等，主要有方形,圆形,横流式,逆流式,无填料喷雾式系列冷却塔。

自动旋转雾化式冷却塔与传统填料式冷却塔相比较还具有以下的优点：

1、由于无填料，塔内基本处于空心状态，风机阻力小、噪音低。

2、采用技术生产的收水器，减少了漂水，节水效果。

3、塔体采用流线型，风扇与风筒配合间隙小，产生风量大、风速快，冷却效果好。

4、自动旋转雾化器采用耐磨材料制造，耐腐蚀、使用寿命长。

5、采用模块化，便于运输、安装、调试。

6、无堵塞、无维修、运行稳定可靠。消除了填料塔因循环水中的杂质堵塞填料和填料老化、变形、脆裂、布水喷头堵塞及冲落、填料碎片堵塞管道、泵和换热器等一系列影响塔和工艺系统设备性能的现象。消除了频繁清洗、更换填料和布水喷头的麻烦。

一般情况下，进入塔内的空气、是干燥低湿球温度的空气，水和空气之间存在着水分子的浓度差和动能压力差，当风机运行时，在塔内静压的作用下，水分子不断地向空气中蒸发，成为水蒸气分子，剩余的水分子的平均动能便会降低，从而使循环水的温度下降。从以上分析可以看出，蒸发降温与空气的温度（通常说的干球温度）低于或高于水温无关，只要水分子能不断地向空气中蒸发，水温就会降低。但是，水向空气中的蒸发不会无休止地进行下去。当与水接触的空气不饱和时，水分子不断地向空气中蒸发，但当水气接触面上的空气达到饱和时，水分子就蒸发不出去，而是处于一种动平衡状态,低温恒温槽。蒸发出去的水分子数量等于从空气中返回到水中的水分子的数量，水温保持不变。由此可以看出，与水接触的空气越干燥,低温恒温槽，蒸发就越容易进行，水温就容易降低。

常用术语：

一些有用的术语，通常在冷却塔工业中使用：

漂移

- 水正在开展的与废气冷却塔飞沫。漂移液滴具有与进入塔水的杂质浓度相同。漂移速度通常采用挡板减少类似的设备，所谓的漂流排除，通过空中旅行后必须离开填充和塔喷雾区。

井喷

- 吹的风冷却塔，水滴，一般在进气口开口。水也可能会丢失，在风的情况下，通过溅或喷雾。例如风帘，百叶，飞溅偏转和水分流调节装置来限制这些损失。

烟羽

- 饱和的气流离开废气冷却塔。羽流是可见的水蒸汽，它包含了凉爽空气接触凝结，好像在大冷天人呼吸的雾。

饱和空气

二、内置式水轮机

1.内置式水轮机安装在冷却塔风筒内的减速箱位置，水轮机连接管路必须进入风筒内部连接而完成。

2.内置式水轮机安装在冷却塔风筒内，进、出水管路进入风筒内，风机运行中这些管路所产生扰流而形成吸震导致风机叶片震动，风机使用寿命受到影响。

3.内置式水轮机设备安装在冷却塔风筒内的潮湿环境中，维护难度加大、成本相应增加。

4.内置式水轮机的工况在风筒内，高热潮湿的环境使各类传感设备容易损坏，无法准确传递信息。

5.当流量低于值时，内置式水轮机安装在冷却塔风筒内很难采用合并再分流的方法，实现借用旁塔的部分流量满足水轮机作功后再分布给旁塔平均布淋。
