冷却塔小型报价

 

1）冷却塔应冷效高、能耗省、噪声低、重量轻、体积小、寿命长、安装维修简单、飘水少。
2）选用的成品冷却塔应符合《玻璃纤维增强塑料冷却塔第2部分：大型玻璃纤维增强塑料冷却塔》 GB 7190.2-1997中要求。
3）如设计工况与低温型冷却塔的标准工况的规定差距较大时，应根据产品样本中提供的热力性能曲线选定。
4）制造厂家所提供的热力性能曲线，如采用模拟塔上的试验数据整理绘制，则应根据模拟塔的试验条件与设计塔的运行条件的差异，对模拟塔的试验数据进行修正，修正系数0.80～1.00。
5）冷却塔的位置，应与建筑物保持一定间距，并避免布置在热源、废气和烟气排放口附近，如不能满足上述要求时，应采取技术措施，同时对热力性能进行校核。
6） 循环冷却水中应不含油类及对玻璃钢溶蚀的物质，水的浊度不应大于50mg/L。并应采取灭藻及水质稳定措施。
7） 设计循环水量不宜超过成品冷却塔的额定水量，如循环水量达不到额定水量的80% 时，应对选定的冷却塔配水系统进行校核。
8）冷却塔的数量宜与空调制冷机组数量相匹配。
9）根据对民用建筑噪声控制要求，可通过噪声的空间 衰减计算，选定低噪声或超低噪声冷却塔，如仍不能满足环境噪声指标时，应采取降噪措施。
10）宜在冷却塔附近加设屋顶消火栓和冲洗设施，作为灭火和冲洗淋水填料和塔体内沉积物之用。

横流式冷却塔的剖面如图所示。环境空气在轴流风机B 产生的负压作用下从进风口横向流经冷却塔填料E，与纵向流过的冷却水进行换热后，从出风口流出，在此过程中，空气与冷却水进行显热和潜热交换，空气温度升高，相对湿度增大；冷却水从进水管 A 进入冷却塔，经过布水系统D均匀分布，在重力作用纵向流经冷却塔填料 E，与横向流过的环境空气进行换热后汇集至塔底的集水池 G，并通过冷却水出水管 F 流出，在此过程中，冷却水与空气接触传热和相变传热，冷却水温度下降，部分冷却水蒸发，达到冷却目的。
11）冷却塔材质应选用阻燃型，并符合防火要求，应在主要设备表和订货合同中标明。
12）选用成品冷却塔时，应注意电气控制的配合和协调。

由于多种原因，凉水塔的工业循环水未经水质处理就直接经冷却塔冷却，从而，凉水塔内填料运行一段时间后就产生粘泥，容易结疤，滋生菌藻等，致使填料淤塞、塌陷。造成塔内布水不均匀，通风不畅。形成有水区，无水区和疏水区，导致有风无水，有水无风的局面。导致凉水塔的冷却效果降低。因此，在进行冷却时应先对水质进行处理，防止因水质过脏导致冷却效果下降
