选用要点

1）冷却塔应冷效高、能耗省、噪声低、重量轻、体积小、寿命长、安装维修简单、飘水少。

2）选用的成品冷却塔应符合要求。

3）如工况与低温型冷却塔的标准工况的规定差距较大时，应根据产品样本中提供的热力性能曲线选定。

4）制造厂家所提供的热力性能曲线，如采用模拟塔上的试验数据整理绘制，则应根据模拟塔的试验条件与塔的运行条件的差异，对模拟塔的试验数据进行修正，修正系数0.80～1.00。

5）冷却塔的位置，应与建筑物保持间距，并避免布置在热源、废气和烟气排放口附近，如不能满足上述要求时，应采取技术措施，同时对热力性能进行校核。

6） 循环冷却水中应不含油类及对玻璃钢溶蚀的物质，水的浊度不应大于50mg/L。并应采取灭藻及水质稳定措施。

7） 循环水量不宜超过成品冷却塔的额定水量，如循环水量达不到额定水量的80% 时，应对选定的冷却塔配水系统进行校核。

8）冷却塔的数量宜与空调制冷机组数量相匹配。

9）根据对民用建筑噪声控制要求，可通过噪声的空间 衰减计算，选定低噪声或超低噪声冷却塔，如仍不能满足环境噪声指标时，应采取降噪措施。

10）宜在冷却塔附近加设屋顶消火栓和冲洗设施，作为灭火和冲洗淋水填料和塔体内沉积物之用。

11）冷却塔材质应选用阻燃型，并符合防火要求，应在主要设备表和订货合同中标明。

12）选用成品冷却塔时，应注意电气控制的配合和协调。

圆形逆流式玻璃钢冷却塔，采用“瓶"形，风阻小。方形逆流式玻璃钢冷却塔整塔组装方便、坚固耐用、冷却效果好 。圆形逆流式冷却塔体由玻璃钢制作而成，表面胶衣采用原料，其色种内含光稳定剂，具有抗紫外线照射，色泽均匀鲜艳，可保持不褪色，不老化。传动部件采用逆流式冷却塔风机和电机。具有塔机运转平稳、匹配合理、风量大、能耗低、噪声小等特点。布水装置由玻璃钢布水管，尼龙布水器及铸铜内芯组成，通过水的反冲力，自动旋转布水。该布水装置压头损失小、所需水压低、配水均匀。填料经过测试，具有寿命长、冷效高、水的再分布均匀、风阻小、亲水性好、耐高温等特点。钢制构件采用的热浸镀锌工艺，外涂高性能防腐油漆，能确保其使用寿命。

安装使用注意事项

1、应放置在通风洁净的场所。

2、横流式塔进水管由两边分别装设，并连接到配水箱，用户应在接管处设置蝶阀，以供调节流量。进水管可以由下面的干管引入，也可以把干管放在塔上，这时其管道支架应落在冷却塔侧面的架上。出水管可选任一进风方向由塔底水箱接出。

3、安全及使用时应调整风筒的圆度，并使叶尖与塔壁间隙相等，并不少于10mm。叶片角度要调整到。调整叶片的方法为在靠近叶尖150mm处，对每根叶片的前后两缘分别做一标志，再由支架下弦分别测每根叶片前后两缘的距离，以计算出各叶片这点前后缘的高差通过数次调整使高差达到即为合格。

4、应避免在多灰层，酸性气体的场院所使用，否则会导致热交换器以及配管的腐蚀。

5、冷却塔的进风口和墙壁等之间的距离如下：单塔型为2米，双塔型为2.5米，三塔型为3.5米，四塔以上应为5米以上，墙避高度应低于冷却塔整体高度。

6、冷却塔的排气口和障碍物间的距离应为5米以上。

分类

一、按通风方式分有自然通风冷却塔、机械通风冷却塔、混合通风冷却塔。

二、按热水和空气的接触方式分有湿式冷却塔、干式冷却塔、干湿式冷却塔。

三、按热水和空气的流动方向分有逆流式冷却塔、横流（交流）式冷却塔、混流式冷却塔。

四、按用途分一般空调用冷却塔、工业用冷却塔、高温型冷却塔。

五、按噪声分为普通型冷却塔、低噪型冷却塔、超低噪型冷却塔、型冷却塔。

六、其他如喷流式冷却塔、无风机冷却塔、双曲线冷却塔等。

七、按玻璃钢冷却塔的外形分为圆型玻璃钢冷却塔和方型玻璃钢冷却塔。
