大型冷却塔生产

结构特征
（1）塔体：型线合理，气流平稳，色彩鲜艳，表面胶衣树脂内含有抗紫外线剂，耐老化，强度高，重量轻，耐腐蚀。下塔体按订货要求，可配有溢水、排污、自动给水管，可由此处直接吸水，省去冷却池，上面装有防噪垫，降低了滴水声。
（2）填料：采用改性聚氯乙烯波片，横向增加了凸筋，水的再分配能力强，阻力小，热力性能好，耐高温70度、低温-50度，阻燃性好。
（3）旋转布水器及布水管：装有不锈钢球轴承，运转灵活可靠，水头低，布水均匀，采用铝合金或玻璃钢制成的布水管，管上安装收水板，克服了飘水现象。
（4）风机：根据系列冷却塔参数的低噪声、率风机，铝合金板翼型或玻璃钢叶片、噪声小、效率高。
（5）电机：在Y型系列安装尺寸的基础上，为冷却塔的低噪声节能电机、密封防水性能好、耐高温、效率高、噪声小。
（6）减速装置：采用了涤纶纤维增强氯丁橡胶动力带传动，耐高温、效率高，遇水不伸展，克服了打滑现象，噪声很小。
（7）吸声设施：超低噪声型冷却塔在进风口外增加了带吸声材料的屏蔽，并在上下两部装有吸声栅，以达到降噪效果。在上塔体出风口安装了带吸声材料的喇叭口屏蔽及吸声栅，降低了风机及电机传出来的噪声。
（8）进风窗：装有玻璃钢百叶片，减少飘水，气流阻力小，适合北方地区及全年都需要使用冷却塔的单位。
（9）支架：所有风机、填料、进风窗、塔体等处钢支架为装配式，镀锌或涂漆防腐。紧固件都采用镀锌或不锈钢螺栓。
注意事项
操作前准备事项
1）须将入风口侧或风胴四周之异物排除；
2）确定风车尾部与风胴之间有足够间隙，避免运转时造成损坏；
3）检查减速机之V型皮带是否调整适当；
4）V型皮带轮位置，彼此之间必须保持同水平；
5）上述检查完成后，间歇起动开关，检查风车运转方式是否正确？且是否有异常噪音振动产生？
6）将热水盘和塔体内部杂物清除干净；
7）将热水盘内之尘垢异物清除，再将水填满至溢水位置；
8）间歇起动循环水泵，将管内空气排除，直到管路与冷水盘充满循环水为止；
9）当循环水泵正常运作后，冷水盘内之水位将稍微下降，此时必须调整浮球阀至水位；
10）电路系统，重新确认电路开关，保险丝和接线规格是否吻合电机负载。水塔起动注意事项
a、间歇起动风车，检查是否逆向运转或有异常噪音振动发生？然后再起动水泵运转；
b、检查风车马达运转电流是否超载？避免马达烧坏或产生电压下降之现象；
c、利用控制阀调整水量，促使热水盘水位保持在30~50mm之间；
d、检查冷水盘内运转水位是否保持正常。
水塔运转过程中注意事项
a、经过5~6天的运转，重新检查风车减速机V型皮带是否正常？如果松弛的话，可利用调整螺栓重新适当锁紧；
b、冷却塔经过一个星期运转后，必须重新更换循环水，以便清除管路中之杂物尘垢；
c、冷却塔之冷却效率会受到循环水位高低影响，基于此项原因，故必须确保热水盘之 水位；
d、冷水盘内之水位如果下降的话，循环水泵和冷气机的性能将受到影响，因此水位亦必须保持；

技术特点
1、冷空气量与冷却水量的气水比比值: 该塔取消填料后风机压力值降低，塔阻力也降低。轴流风机风量增加，在同量水的作用时，提高了气水比。
2、冷却介质和被冷却介质接触的比表面积: 该塔采用了低压装置，能够在低压力下将水雾化，喷射出微小雾滴，增大了喷雾面积能够连续的工作和更新热传播表面积，迅速将潜热溜走。
3、冷却时间：雾化装置在进风通道上方，水雾化油顺流和逆流两种方式，喷雾工作时，会有一小部分呈悬浮状态留在喷雾段，延长了水在塔内的停留时间。给冷空气和水有了充足的交换时间。
WGFB 塔采用上喷式,将雾化装置合理分布安装在进风道上方,使水的雾粒在塔内有顺流和逆流两个过程，部分雾粒在塔内喷雾段上部呈悬浮状态,因此水在塔内的停留时间延长,充分保证了冷空气和水的热交换时间。
结构特征： 
1.每年应进行全面的检查和维修；
2.工业冷却塔电机保养按电机常规进行。齿轮箱内要经常灌满润滑油，不得低于标准线；
3.填料、壳体如有积污须及时清除，防止堵塞，填料清洗、周期不大于一年，一般每当使用时即清洗一次；
4.塔内支架视其腐蚀程度涂防腐漆，如材料为不锈钢类则不需；
5.长期不使用或冬季不使用塔，通道内水放干净，用油布盖好，以防赃物进入，防止日晒雨淋。
1.底盘中心自然凸起，不宜腐烂。
2.电机支撑采用井字支撑，坚固耐用。
3.进风网采用立体塑料材质。
4.电机采用380V三相防水电机。
5.浮球采用塑料浮球或不锈钢浮球，不生锈。
冷却塔的材料一般以碳钢、不锈钢和铜为主，其中碳钢材质的管板在作为冷却塔使用时，其管板与列管的焊缝经常出现腐蚀泄漏，泄漏物进入冷却水系统会造成污染环境及物料的浪费。 冷却塔在制作时，管板与列管的焊接一般采用手工电弧焊，焊缝形状存在不同程度的缺陷，如凹陷、气孔、夹渣等，焊缝应力的分布也不均匀。使用时管板部分与工业冷却水接触，而工业冷却水中的杂质、盐类、气体、微生物都会构成对管板和焊缝的腐蚀。表明，工业水无论是淡水还是海水，都会有各种离子和溶解的氧气，其中氯离子和氧的浓度变化，对金属的腐蚀形状起重要作用。另外，金属结构的复杂程度也会影响腐蚀形态。 针对冷却塔防腐问题，传统方法以补焊为主，但补焊易使管板内部产生内应力，难以消除，可能造成冷却塔管板焊缝再次渗漏。
