施工安装要点

1）冷却塔安装过程中应注意防火，严禁在塔体及其邻近使用电焊（或气割）等明火，也不允许在场人员吸烟等。如动用明火，应采取相应的安全措施。

2）冷却塔基础应保持水平，要求支柱与基面垂直，各基面高差不超过±1mm。中心距允许差为±2mm。

3）塔体拼装时，螺栓应对称紧固，不允许强行扭曲安装，拼装后不得漏水、漏气。

4）冷却塔塔脚与基础预埋钢板需直接定位焊接，预埋钢板应水平、牢固。

5）冷却塔零部件在运输、存放过程中，其上不允许压重物，不得暴晒，且注意明火。

6）冷却塔进、出水管及补充水管应单独设置管道支架，避免将管道重量传递塔体。

7）风机叶片应妥善保管，防止变形。电机及传动件应上油，在室内存放。

8）为避免杂物进入喷嘴、孔口，组装前应仔细清理。

9）冷却塔安装完毕后，应清理管道、填料表面、集水盘等污垢及塔内遗物，并进行系统洗。

10）风机组装要求

（1）风机叶尖与风筒内壁径向间隙应保持均匀，其间隙为0.0075D（D 为风机直径）,但间隙不应小于8mm；

（2） 叶片安装角度应；

（3）风机接线盒应密封、防腐；引线须下弯，以防水、汽进入盒内；

（4）检查风机转动是否平稳，声音是否正常，从塔顶往下看叶片应顺时针旋转；

（5）试运转时，当电流超过额定电流时应立即停机，宜控制在0.90～0.95的额定值；

（6）安装完成后，用油布覆盖风机，以防脏物进入和日晒雨淋。

工业生产或制冷工艺过程中产生的废热，一般要用冷却水来导走。冷却塔的作用是将挟带废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废热传输给空气并散入大气中。例如：火电厂内，锅炉将水加热成高温高压蒸汽，推动汽轮机做功使发电机发电，经汽轮机作功后的废汽排入冷凝器，与冷却水进行热交换凝结成水，再用水泵打回锅炉循环使用。这一过程中乏汽的废热传给了冷却水，使水温度升高，挟带废热的冷却水，在冷却塔中将热量传递给空气，从风筒处排入大气环境中。冷却塔应用范围：主要应用于空调冷却系统、冷冻系列、注塑、制革、发泡、发电、汽轮机、铝型材加工、空压机、工业水冷却等领域，应用多的为空调冷却、冷冻、塑胶化工行业。
