玻璃钢格栅报价的影响因素
1、首先从原材料说起，玻璃钢格栅板的两大首要原材料树脂和玻璃纤维，玻璃纤维分为中碱和无碱两种，比较起来无碱的报价较高。树脂有许多种，根据具体运用场合的不一样来选择相应树脂，如在化工厂内，通常选择耐腐蚀性较强的树脂；在锅炉厂通常选择耐高温功能*的树脂。
2、再就是玻璃钢格栅板的标准、格栅板的厚度，模塑格栅盖板的长和宽为3.66m和1.22m，是固定的，报价凹凸就在于厚度不一样，当然厚度越高，格栅板的承载才能越高。
3、玻璃钢格栅的表面类型；玻璃钢格栅分为普通型和盖板型。
a、普通型格栅 普通型玻璃钢格栅报价通常在每平方米200左右，产品是一种上下面均为滑润表面的格栅，首要应用于建筑装修、机器走道、栅栏、围墙等领域。
b、加砂覆面型格栅在玻璃钢格栅的上表面参与石英砂，应用于油污、斜坡环境或在有较高的防滑保护需求的当地；特别是在湿润的、多油的、冰冻环境中有*的防滑效果。加砂面格栅板应用领域：桥面、楼梯踏板、水沟盖板、地板等等。
c、凹槽标准型格栅 是一种经济通用型防滑标准格栅，上表面是可以防滑的内弧形面，表面的两条刃状物在模制过程中构成，其运用规模非常广泛，如水处理厂、生活小区、电镀厂、污水处理厂、化工厂等等领域。
d、微孔型格栅 双层微孔型格栅，由于开孔率减少,可以下降高空危险物品穿过网格孔坠落的机遇，应用在高空走道等区域是非常抱负的，可以防止重物坠落；这种双层微孔格栅也非常适用于有车轮行走的当地，可以有用减少颤动,该类型的格栅三种表面可供选择---凹槽型、加砂型平缓面型。
