注意事项

操作前准备事项
1）须将入风口侧或风胴四周之异物排除；
2）确定风车尾部与风胴之间有足够间隙，避免运转时造成损坏；
3）检查减速机之V型皮带是否调整适当；
4）V型皮带轮位置，彼此之间必须保持同一水平；
5）上述检查完成后，间歇起动开关，检查风车运转方式是否正确？且是否有异常噪音振动产生？
6）将热水盘和塔体内部杂物清除干净；
7）将热水盘内之尘垢异物清除，再将水填满至溢水位置；
8）间歇起动循环水泵，将管内空气排除，直到管路与冷水盘充满循环水为止；
9）当循环水泵正常运作后，冷水盘内之水位将稍微下降，此时必须调整浮球阀至一定水位；
10）电路系统，重新确认电路开关，保险丝和接线规格是否吻合电机负载。水塔起动注意事项
a、间歇起动风车，检查是否逆向运转或有异常噪音振动发生？然后再起动水泵运转；
b、检查风车马达运转电流是否超载？避免马达烧坏或产生电压下降之现象；
c、利用控制阀调整水量，促使热水盘水位保持在30~50mm之间；
d、检查冷水盘内运转水位是否保持正常。
水塔运转过程中注意事项
a、经过5~6天的运转，重新检查风车减速机V型皮带是否正常？如果松弛的话，可利用调整螺栓重新适当锁紧；
b、冷却塔经过一个星期运转后，必须重新更换循环水，以便清除管路中之杂物尘垢；
c、冷却塔之冷却效率会受到循环水位高低影响，基于此项原因，故必须确保热水盘之一定 水位；
d、冷水盘内之水位如果下降的话，循环水泵和冷气机的性能将受到影响，因此水位亦必须保持一定；
安装使用说明
1、按厂家所提供的玻璃钢冷却塔基础图，首先丈量基础预埋是否正确，基础是否水平坚固，否则，须进行相应的处理或暂停安装。
2、基础校验处理完好后，结合下铁框及铁件编号，在基础上完成下铁框的安装，下铁框各柱脚可能安装在预埋钢板中心，调校下铁框上面使其尽可能位于同一水平面。
3、安装水盆、水缸组合水盆组合整体比下铁框大15mm。
4、做好水盆、水缸的防漏工作，程序见安装说明。
5、将下铁框脚板与相应基础板调校后焊牢，同时务必做好防火安全。
6、按照上铁框安装图及铁件编号完成上铁框安装。
7、按照填料及其它配件，后安装风机、电机，并仔细调校直至达到设计要求。
8、调校上铁框使各框面水平，各立柱垂直铁框组合长、宽、高、对角线符合给定尺寸，然后收紧所有螺丝。
运转时
(1)减速机应经常检查油标油位，润滑油用22～28号双曲线齿轮油或90～120号工业齿轮油，夏季用粘度大的油。一次运转500小时后将油排空，换新油。山东玻璃钢厂冷却塔
(2)风机、电机、减速机运转前须按相应产品说明书检查，电机接线，应按电机厂提供的接线图接线，有时各方表示不一致，易造成接线错误。符合要求后再启动，启动顺序，由低速到高速。叶片角按样本规定数值安装后，如高速运转电流超过额定值，应停机速与我厂联系。调整风机叶片角度符合要求的标准是：A、在各风机叶片距风筒150mm处的上下缘划线得到上点和下点的高差Δh值，每个叶片的Δh值大与小之差不得大于2mm；B、距风筒150mm处叶片上缘的标高值，每个叶片标高值大与小之差值不得大于0.002R(R为风机半径)；C、电机的电流在高速运转时等于额定值的0.9～0.95。
(3)如循环水、补充水水质差时应采取水质稳定措施，设旁滤器，必要时尚须采取杀菌灭藻措施。
(4)玻璃钢属燃烧体，因此冷却塔维修时不得动用明火，如动用明火则必须采取相应安全措施，并且必须经过消防、安全部门批准，有专职消防人员、消防设施在场。如需要阻燃型玻璃钢，订货时提出，需增加相应费用。
(5)热力性能、噪声及振动等技术指标。
产品说明
1.工业冷却塔塔壳：采用FRP复合材料（俗称玻璃钢）制成。表面彩色胶衣采用原料喷涂，表面光滑，耐老化，能保护塔壳。
2.电机：采用全密封式冷却塔防水电机,防水性能好,内部采用全铜芯材质,经久耐用。
3.风叶：冷却塔风叶采用ABS全新料注塑一次成型,风速均匀,叶片加宽加厚,降温效果更好,另有吕合金风叶可选。
4.填料:冷却塔散热片采用蜂窝式全新耐高温填料,不易堵塞,水流分布性好,能提高散热效果,使用寿命长。
5.洒水系统：布水器采用ABS旋转洒水，洒水管采用PP注塑一次成型，经久耐用，洒水均匀
6.钢结构：均采用除锈热浸镀锌处理，耐腐蚀，强度高，易装配，表面美观
降温效果
因使用了高效的热交换充填材料，并经过特殊设计，提高了本产品的热交换性能，与原来的形状相比，其设置面积大幅度下降。
省电力
因采用了压力损失较小的充填材料并将风机通风管做成漏斗形，从而减少了风机的所需动力。
耐震设计
设计用地震输入为：水平震度1.0垂直震度0.5，符合建设部颁发的新标准，另外，对于重要的建筑设备，可根据特殊设计用震度进行设计。
运转声音轻微
因采用特为冷却塔设计的FRP制低音器的轴流风机，从而降低了运转声音。
耐腐蚀性
塔体和水槽的材料采用了具有的耐腐蚀性合成的树脂，另外在充分考虑防锈问题后，对骨架等钢材部分采取了热镀锌处理。
