逆流闭式冷却塔

 

内循环水系统：循环水经过热源换热升温进入热交换器（又称为闭式冷却塔盘管），通过热交换器管将热量送入外界，冷却后的循环水由系统循环水泵送往热源。
外循环水系统：喷淋水由散水水泵从下部水槽送至上部布水管道，水喷出后和热交换器管接触，部分水蒸发后带出热量。冷却后的喷淋水落入下部水槽再次循环。内循环水通过热交换器管（盘管）进行换热，避免了被外循环水和空气直接接触而导致水质污染。
冷却塔如果暴露在低于结冰温度的环境中，需要采用相应的保护措施，以防止设备在停运时水盘中的水结冰。选配在工厂内预装的水盘电加热器可使水盘中的水温始终保持在不低于4摄氏度的状态，这是一种提供这项保护措施的简单而廉价的解决方案。电加热器组件包括电加热器，温度继电器和一低水位切断开关。标准的电加热器是基于环境温度在零下18摄氏度时设计的。
该型冷却塔由于取消了填料，塔的系统阻力降至原来的1/2，在风机相同的情况下，由风机特性曲线可知，风量增至原来的1.2倍。气水比也增至原来的1.2倍，因此冷却温差较填料塔大2℃。无填料喷雾式冷却塔喷雾雾粒均匀、无堵塞、无维修、运行稳定可靠。由于无填料冷却塔的冷却元件（高效低压离心雾化装置）将水喷射成0.5mm微小雾滴，其比表面积远大于水被填料分散成膜状的比表面积，气水传热表面积大，且布水均匀，避免了填料老化变形及堵塞而产生的死区、沟流等导致冷却点温度分布不均匀现象，冷却效果优于填料塔。
闭式冷却塔的冷却原理是，简单来说是两个循环：一个内循环、一个外循环。没有填料，主核心部分为紫铜管表冷器。
内循环：与对象设备对接，构成一个封闭式的循环系统（循环介质为软水）。为对象设备进行冷却，将对象设备中的热量带出到冷却机组。
外循环：在冷却塔中，为冷却塔本身进行降温。不与内循环水相接触，只是通过冷却塔内的紫铜管表冷器进行换热散热。 在此种冷却方式下，通过自动控制，根据水温设置电机的运行。
两个循环，在春夏两季环境温度高的情况下，需要两个循环同时运行。秋冬两季环境温度不高，大部分情况下只需一个内循环。
风机、电机、减速机运转前须按相应产品说明书检查，电机接线，应按电机厂提供的接线图接线，有时各方表示不一致，易造成接线错误。符合要求后再启动，启动顺序，由低速到高速。叶片角按样本规定数值安装后，如高速运转电流超过额定值，应停机速与我厂联系。调整风机叶片角度符合要求的标准是：A、在各风机叶片距风筒150mm处的上下缘划线得到上点和下点的高差Δh值，每个叶片的Δh值大与小之差不得大于2mm；B、距风筒150mm处叶片上缘的标高值，每个叶片标高值大与小之差值不得大于0.002R(R为风机半径)；C、电机的电流在高速运转时等于额定值的0.9～0.95。
