结构特征：
方形逆流式玻璃钢冷却塔般水温的冷却的圆形冷却塔。
超低噪声冷却塔是在低噪声冷却塔的基础上又采取了一系列噪声控制措施，标准点噪声值比相应的低噪声型低~5dB（A）。
它适合于噪声要求更严的地方，例如：宾馆，公共建筑以及距居民较近的场合。
工业型即中高温冷却塔，型增加了塔体直径、风量风压、功率、填料高度等一系列措施。它适合于水温降较高的工业用水的冷却。
施工安装要点
1）冷却塔安装过程中应注意防火，严禁在塔体及其邻近使用电焊（或气割）等明火，也不允许在场人员吸烟等。如动用明火，应采取相应的安全措施。
2）冷却塔基础应保持水平，要求支柱与基面垂直，各基面高差不超过±1mm。中心距允许差为±2mm。
3）塔体拼装时，螺栓应对称紧固，不允许强行扭曲安装，拼装后不得漏水、漏气。
4）冷却塔塔脚与基础预埋钢板需直接定位焊接，预埋钢板应水平、牢固。
5）冷却塔零部件在运输、存放过程中，其上不允许压重物，不得暴晒，且注意明火。
6）冷却塔进、出水管及补充水管应单独设置管道支架，避免将管道重量传递塔体。
7）风机叶片应妥善保管，防止变形。电机及传动件应上油，在室内存放。
8）为避免杂物进入喷嘴、孔口，组装前应仔细清理。
9）冷却塔安装完毕后，应清理管道、填料表面、集水盘等污垢及塔内遗物，并进行系统洗。
10）风机组装要求
（1）风机叶尖与风筒内壁径向间隙应保持均匀，其间隙为0.0075D（D 为风机直径）,但间隙不应小于8mm；
（2） 叶片安装角度应；
（3）风机接线盒应密封、防腐；引线须下弯，以防水、汽进入盒内；
（4）检查风机转动是否平稳，声音是否正常，从塔顶往下看叶片应顺时针旋转；
（5）试运转时，当电流超过额定电流时应立即停机，宜控制在0.90～0.95的额定值；
（6）安装完成后，用油布覆盖风机，以防脏物进入和日晒雨淋。
冷却塔是用水作为循环冷却剂，从一系统中吸收热量排放至大气中，以降低水温的装置；其冷是利用水与空气流动接触后进行冷热交换产生蒸汽。
（1）面板：
玻璃钢材质，表面光洁美观，耐腐蚀，防老化。
（2）填料：
为改性聚氯乙烯双向点波片，热力性能好，气流阻力小，刚性好，耐热75℃、耐寒、阻燃。
（3）风机：
叶片材质为合金铝板。风机气动力合理、风量大、效率高、噪声低、耐腐蚀等特点。
（4）电机和减速机：
为外协设备。
（5）布水槽：
玻璃钢材质，配水均匀，超低噪声型有盖板可蔽光，防杂物飞入，减少溅水声。
（6）罩：
玻璃钢材质，内粘空腔式阻燃型聚氯乙烯薄膜材料。
（7）百叶窗：
玻璃钢材质，可防水溅出，并可使进塔气流均匀。
（8）水箱：
玻璃钢材质，起集水作用，设有自动补充水设施，可闭路循环直接吸水。
（9）骨架：
为折边型钢组装结构，刚性好，重量轻，运输、安装方便，热镀锌防腐。
选型维护
1、按照被冷却水的温度，冷却塔选择包括：高温塔、中温塔、常温塔。
2、按照安装位置的现状及对噪声的要求，凉水塔选择包括：横流塔与逆流塔。
3、按照冷水机组的冷却水量选择冷却水量，原则上冷却塔的水量要略大于冷水机组的冷却水量。
4、选用多台水塔时尽量选择同型号的冷却塔。
一些有用的术语，通常在冷却塔工业中使用：
漂移
- 水正在开展的与废气冷却塔飞沫。漂移液滴具有与进入塔水的杂质浓度相同。漂移速度通常采用挡板减少类似的设备，所谓的漂流排除，通过空中旅行后必须离开填充和塔喷雾区。
井喷
- 吹的风冷却塔，水滴，一般在进气口开口。水也可能会丢失，在风的情况下，通过溅或喷雾。例如风帘，百叶，飞溅偏转和水分流调节装置来限制这些损失。
烟羽
- 饱和的气流离开废气冷却塔。羽流是可见的水蒸汽，它包含了凉爽空气接触凝结，好像在大冷天人呼吸的雾。
饱和空气
