青河冷却塔生产


冷却塔的作用是将挟带废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废热传输给空气并散入大气。
1.火力发电厂一般都有冷却塔。水经加热后，产生高压气体推动汽轮机发电，而剩余的气体需冷却。
2.中央空调也有冷却塔作用是起到冷却循环液的作用。3.还有生产玻璃钢冷却塔,俗称冷却水塔、冷水塔、凉水塔、玻璃钢塔、水塔等，主要有方形,圆形,横流式,逆流式,无填料喷雾式系列冷却塔。
1.标准设计工况：干球温度31.5℃，湿球温度28℃，大气压力99400Pa，进水温度42℃，出水温度32℃；
2.选用斜梯形波方塔填料，热力性能良、通风阻力小，使该类冷却塔达到结构紧凑、占地面积小的设计目的；
3.采用机翼型空腹结构大直径、大面积、低转速、低动压玻璃钢风机叶片，使用该类冷却塔具有节能、低噪的特点；
4.超低噪声冷却塔于进出风口及淋雨区设置降噪装置，使同级别冷却塔降噪达5dB(A)；5.可以进行多种形式的并联组合，更适合大水量的循环冷却水系统使用。
自动旋转雾化式冷却塔与传统填料式冷却塔相比较还具有以下的优点：
1、由于无填料，塔内基本处于空心状态，风机阻力小、噪音低。
2、采用技术生产的率收水器，的减少了漂水，节水效果。
3、塔体采用流线型设计，风扇与风筒配合间隙小，产生风量大、风速快，冷却效果好。
4、自动旋转雾化器采用高分子耐磨材料制造，耐腐蚀、使用寿命长。
5、采用模块化设计，便于运输、安装、调试。
6、无堵塞、无维修、运行稳定可靠。消除了填料塔因循环水中的杂质堵塞填料和填料老化、变形、脆裂、布水喷头堵塞及冲落、填料碎片堵塞管道、泵和换热器等一系列影响塔和工艺系统设备性能的现象。消除了频繁清洗、更换填料和布水喷头的麻烦。
一般情况下，进入塔内的空气、是干燥低湿球温度的空气，水和空气之间存在着水分子的浓度差和动能压力差，当风机运行时，在塔内静压的作用下，水分子不断地向空气中蒸发，成为水蒸气分子，剩余的水分子的平均动能便会降低，从而使循环水的温度下降。从以上分析可以看出，蒸发降温与空气的温度（通常说的干球温度）低于或高于水温无关，只要水分子能不断地向空气中蒸发，水温就会降低。但是，水向空气中的蒸发不会无休止地进行下去。当与水接触的空气不饱和时，水分子不断地向空气中蒸发，但当水气接触面上的空气达到饱和时，水分子就蒸发不出去，而是处于一种动平衡状态。蒸发出去的水分子数量等于从空气中返回到水中的水分子的数量，水温保持不变。由此可以看出，与水接触的空气越干燥，蒸发就越容易进行，水温就容易降低。
降温效果
因使用了的热交换充填材料，并经过特殊设计，提高了本产品的热交换性能，与原来的形状相比，其设置面积大幅度下降。
省电力
因采用了压力损失较小的充填材料并将风机通风管做成漏斗形，从而减少了风机的所需动力。
耐震设计
设计用地震输入为：水平震度1.0垂直震度0.5，符合建设部颁发的新标准，另外，对于重要的建筑设备，可根据特殊设计用震度进行设计。
运转声音轻微
因采用特为冷却塔设计的FRP制低音器的轴流风机，从而降低了运转声音。
耐腐蚀性
塔体和水槽的材料采用了具有的耐腐蚀性合成的树脂，另外在充分考虑防锈问题后，对骨架等钢材部分采取了热镀锌处理。
冷却塔是用水作为循环冷却剂，从一系统中吸收热量排放至大气中，以降低水温的装置；其冷是利用水与空气流动接触后进行冷热交换产生蒸汽。
（1）面板：
玻璃钢材质，表面光洁美观，耐腐蚀，防老化。
（2）填料：
为改性聚氯乙烯双向点波片，热力性能好，气流阻力小，刚性好，耐热75℃、耐寒、阻燃。
（3）风机：
叶片材质为合金铝板。风机气动力合理、风量大、效率高、噪声低、耐腐蚀等特点。
（4）电机和减速机：
为外协设备。
（5）布水槽：
玻璃钢材质，配水均匀，超低噪声型有盖板可蔽光，防杂物飞入，减少溅水声。
（6）消声罩：
玻璃钢材质，内粘空腔式阻燃型聚氯乙烯薄膜消声材料。
（7）百叶窗：
玻璃钢材质，可防水溅出，并可使进塔气流均匀。
（8）水箱：
玻璃钢材质，起集水作用，设有自动补充水设施，可闭路循环直接吸水。
（9）骨架：
为折边型钢组装结构，刚性好，重量轻，运输、安装方便，热镀锌防腐。
外置式水轮机冷却塔顾名思义，其主要设备是安装在冷却塔风筒外面的水轮机。外置式水轮机主要部件是304#不锈钢叶轮、316L不锈钢主轴、蜗壳主机采用碳钢。导叶轮是能量转换的重要部件，循环水进入叶轮前，通过导叶轮时产生旋流，提高了叶轮的能量转换效率。水轮机基础为900*900上、下二块钢板采用双头螺栓可调节位置（便于维护维修）。水轮机重量设计与传统型电机重量相似匹配与风筒内减速箱传动软连接等构成。冷却塔外置式水轮机，由于安装在冷却塔风筒外面电机位置，无任何空间局限，外置式水轮机叶轮直径、片数及形状、角度可根据客户的实际情况放大设计、增加扭力提高转换效率。不同的流量、压力的系统设计，达到的传动转换比例，实现冷却塔风机转速大于或等于原电机驱动的风机转速。外置式水轮机蜗牛形状，采用仿生学蜗牛状效应减少循环水的冲击力和震动率。
