性能与选择
1、设计参数：
1）标准工况：进水温度t1=37℃，出水温度t2=32℃，设计湿球温度τ=28℃，即水温度Δt=5℃，冷幅高t2-τ=5℃
2）中温工况：进水温度t1=43℃，出水温度t2=33℃，设计湿球温度τ=28℃，即水温度Δt=10℃冷幅高t2-τ=6℃
3）高温工况：进水温度t1=60℃，出水温度t2=35℃，设计湿球温度τ=28℃，即水温度Δt=25℃冷幅高t2-τ=8℃
2、选用时须知水量Q，进水温度t1，出水温度t2及设计湿球温度τ，然后再根据热力性能曲线确定型号。热力性能曲线见附表1、附表2。对曲线表以外的工况，可以进行热力计算，其填料的容积散质系数β×ν如下：
1.2倍名义流量时：β×ν=18600 1.0倍名义流量时：β×ν=17800 0.8倍名义流量时：β×ν=17000
3、运转重量按下塔体存水一半深计算，如果按装满水计算应乘以1.5。
4、本系列冷却塔用于冷月平均气温不低于-10℃的地区，气温过低处的用户应提出预防冻结的要求，以便配置淋水导流环，不使水流到百叶上。冬季间断运行过程中，可在水槽内加电热管。
5、循环水浑浊度不大于50毫克/升，短期内不大于100毫克/升，不宜含油污和机械性杂质，必要时采取灭藻及水质稳定措施。
6、适用水温不超过60℃，如超过可在订货时说明，本厂从选材上加以解决。如需阻燃型冷却塔，请在订货时说明，本厂可以满足要求。
7、布水管按名义流量开孔，如实际流量与名义流量相差±15%以上，用户订货时应予以说明。
8、进水管水压大约为2-5米水柱，设计时不要压力过高，否则会产生飘水现象。
9、电机、风机均配套供应，需本厂派员现场安装或技术指导，另加收费用。
10、当用户需要在冷却塔下塔体直接吸水时，需安装“自动给水管”、“急速给水管”“排污管”“溢流管”，订货时需提出。

冷却塔的材料一般以碳钢、不锈钢和铜为主，其中碳钢材质的管板在作为冷却塔使用时，其管板与列管的焊缝经常出现腐蚀泄漏，泄漏物进入冷却水系统会造成污染环境及物料的浪费。
冷却塔在制作时，管板与列管的焊接一般采用手工电弧焊，焊缝形状存在不同程度的缺陷，如凹陷、气孔、夹渣等，焊缝应力的分布也不均匀。使用时管板部分与工业冷却水接触，而工业冷却水中的杂质、盐类、气体、微生物都会构成对管板和焊缝的腐蚀。工业水无论是淡水还是海水，都会有各种离子和溶解的氧气，其中氯离子和氧的浓度变化，对金属的腐蚀形状起重要作用。另外，金属结构的复杂程度也会影响腐蚀形态。
